Under the motto: ‘In the heart of the city, the city in the heart’, one of Germany’s largest residential developers, Instone Real Estate, realised a total of 553 condominiums and rental flats on the 19,000 square metre Luisenpark site on the former wall strip in the heart of Berlin.
Our film, with its mixture of real footage, interviews and animations, vividly shows the special features of this construction project, e.g. how the new buildings fit into the green surroundings, or which user groups are addressed.
